The 18-piece Beantown Swing Orchestra represents the future of big band swing music. With an average of 23 and featuring 2004 American Idol finalist John Stevens and 2012 semifinalist Jen Hirsh, its musicians have the necessary talent and youthful energy to propel this purely American form of music into mainstream relevance, as well as getting all generations to dance to it.
