COVID-19 Announcement

(Updated September, 2020)

All performances in our Presenting Season have currently been suspended, however we are delighted to be offering a Virtual Series!

We understand the disappointment and inconvenience this causes many people, but we have decided to take these measures to keep our community safe in an effort to do our part in minimizing exposure, and we hope shared community efforts will help to quell the spread of the virus. Once again we remind all members of our community to follow the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

We will continue to update our patrons throughout the duration of the pandemic. We cannot overstate how grateful we are for the support of our entire community. This is a situation that none of us have faced before, and it is the cooperation of everyone that will help us navigate it. We look forward to returning to regular operations as soon as we are able to do so safely. Until then, we hope you will join us this Fall for our Virtual Series, as we bring stellar artists directly into your home!

Thank you.

Radium Girls

The Pinkerton Players Present

October 19th & 20th at 7:00pm and October 21st at 2:00pm

In 1926, radium was a miracle cure, Madame Curie an international celebrity. Luminous timepieces became the latest rage—until the girls who painted them began to fall ill with a mysterious disease. Inspired by a true story, Radium Girls traces the efforts of Grace Fryer, a dial painter, as she fights for her day in court. Her chief adversary is her former employer, Arthur Roeder, an idealistic man who cannot bring himself to believe that the same element that shrinks tumors could have anything to do with the terrifying rash of illnesses among his employees.

Called a “powerful” and “engrossing” drama by critics, Radium Girls offers a wry, unflinching look at the peculiarly American obsessions with health, wealth, and the commercialization of science.

Tickets range from $10-$12
